Okay, here’s the thing.
We’ve got people making robots to do writing and art now, but not a single computer programmer has come up with an AI to call my insurance company for me to get the hole in my ceiling repaired.
PRIORITIES, PEOPLE.
If we wanted people to adopt AI—like REALLY adopt it—let’s make it call contractors.
All I want to do is write! Sadly, I also have to adult.
The good news: The insurance finally approved the repairs to my kitchen ceiling that was damaged during the storms this winter. Don’t get me started on the fun of preparing plaster in an eighty-six year old house. The important part is that the end is in sight.
But of course it’s an eighty-six year old house, so all reprieves are temporary.
More good news: Bishop’s Flight is releasing in FOUR WEEKS! Yay! That means that the next chapter of Carwyn and Brigid’s series is right around the corner for you vampire fiends. That ALSO means the end of their series is in sight when TIN GOD comes out next summer.

I’m hanging with the family for the holiday and I’m also getting back to writing Dust Born, the final Cambio Springs story. I’m really excited to get back to Sean and Juni’s world.
